Despite denying the Euro and staying proud with the Pound, we are a part of the Old Continent and thus blessed with a huge variety of surfing destinations that our European neighbours offer.

We tend to wait til July, August and September to embark on our Eurotrips but Spring is the season for solo surfers to explore, groups to make the most of empty line-ups and families looking to escape Winter and get some surfing fun in the sun.

So whether you want to combine city culture with a pleasantly mild learn to surf holiday in Lisbon, hone your stale surfing skills in the sunny Algarve, or take the family to the island of Fuerteventura where it rained only 24 times in 2014, give us a shout as we’ve got all bases covered.

Oh and easyJet are doing flights to Fuerteventura from £44.99pp, Faro (in the Algarve) from £28.99 and Lisbon from £25.99pp in their Happy Bums sale, so even the most frugal frothers can #escapewinter.
