I’m pleased to say that all the feedback I can give on this trip is positive.

To be honest I thought I was booking into a surfing hostel – and I’ve recently been to some of these in Newquay… La Hosteria de Latas is nothing like these places, and more like a 4 star hotel. What it does have in common with hostels, however, is the friendly guests and great staff. The bar has a great mix of friendly locals and international guests, and the beer is cold and cheap.

We thought our surf holiday (south west France) was terrific!

Patrick our instructor was on hand whenever we needed him, even taking us to the supermarket as we didn’t have a car. Free of charge, he provided us with bikes to allow us to get  around a barbeque so we could make use of the balcony and was always only a  phone call away when we needed to change lesson times and the like. The holiday (Hash Point Morocco) was fantastic, and I was very impressed with the way things were run and organised. The instructors were really good; really helped me progress my surfing and everyone was amazed by how much attention and feed-back the surf instructors  were able to give everyone on an individual level.  When the waves weren’t great they would always do the best to ensure we found ourselves in the best possible location even if that involved travelling a bit of a distance.
