Learn to surf – Catching a wave

One of the hardest things when you learn to surf is actually catching a wave. It requires timing, paddling and a little bit of luck.

To begin with, rather than paddling straight out, its best to learn how to catch a few broken whitewater waves closer to the beach. Our first one is of our surfing holidays in Morocco. You will see the accommodation, surf breaks and in the coming week video clips from all over the villages and surf spots of Morocco. Last year Errant Surf Holidays and the British Surfing Association took on British Airways “No surfboards on flights” policy with the help from Excess Energy they decided to lift the ban…..well as long as your board is  under 6′ 2″. So bad news for the majorty of surfers who travel with longboards, mini-mals and guns (big wave boards).
